You have to give some credit to John for being ahead of his time as he told everyone that in order to be healthy, they needed to eat right, exercise and to stop smoking and drinking... but he also thought that people should get yogurt enemas if they weren't having 4 bowel movements a day (and that's not a typo)... yogurt enemas.
Oh yeah, and John's younger brother, Will Kellogg, invented corn flakes, which John tried to take credit for.
