Protests, boycotts and even becoming a lawyer to fight against the corrupt government of South Africa would start to build a sweeping movement across the country, but would ultimately land Nelson in prison with charges of treason and a life time sentence.

Dr. John Harvey Kellogg was an eccentric man doctor in the late 1800's and was convinced that masturbation caused just about every kind of medical problem a human could get, including idiocy and insanity. John also claimed to be fully abstinent, even after he was married.
You have to give some credit to John for being ahead of his time as he told everyone that in order to be healthy, they needed to eat right, exercise and to stop smoking and drinking... but he also thought that people should get yogurt enemas if they weren't having 4 bowel movements a day (and that's not a typo)... yogurt enemas.
